1:1 Sessions
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel private Pilates sessions.
If you cancel within 24 hours or arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged for the session.
Group Classes
If fewer than two people are registered two hours before a class, the class will be canceled and your pass will be returned to your account.
The waitlist functions as a booking:
You can be moved from the waitlist to the class up to two hours before the start time.
If you’re added and can’t attend, please cancel yourself out of the class.
You won’t be moved from the waitlist within two hours of class time.
Additional Reminders
Check the schedule or app within two hours of class to see if there’s a spot open or if the class is canceled.
